Abstract

                 This research aimed to determine the opinion on the draft of 8 levels professional qualification according to the national qualification framework. The research process consists of 3 steps: Step 1: Analyzing the draft framework for professional qualifications of 8 levels according to the national qualifications framework. Step 2: Formulating the instrument for collecting the data. Step 3: Analyze the data. The samples were 152 Graduated Doctor of Philosophy Program in the field of educational administration, Silpakorn University, Academic Year 2007-2016. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The data were analyzed by using Content Analysis and statistic package program. The finding of this research were as follows; the opinions on the draft framework of professional qualification 8 levels according to the national qualifications framework, in 4 dimensions; knowledge, skill, outcome and morale and responsibility. From level 1 to level 8 of professional qualification according to the national qualification framework. Show that four of those dimension were rated at a high level and those were accurate, suitability, possibility, and utility as will.
