TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATOR AND QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT OF WORLD CLASS STANDARD SCHOOL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 10

Abstract

              The purposes of this research were to determine 1) Transformational leadership of school administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area 10 2) Quality System Management of World Class Standard School under The Secondary Educational Service Area 10  3) Transformational leadership of administrator and Quality System Management of World Class Standard School under The Secondary Educational Service Area 10.The sample consisted of 16 World Class Standard Schools in The Secondary Educational Service Area 10.with the total of 128. The tools used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.

              The findings were as follows:

              1. Transformational leadership of school administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area 10, collectively and individually, was at high level.

              2. Quality system management of World Class Standard School under The Secondary Educational Service Area 10, collectively and individually, was at high level.

             3. The relationship between the transformational leadership of administrator and quality system management of World Class Standard School under The Secondary Educational Service Area 10 was found at .01 level of statistical significance.
