THE SUPERVISORY ROLE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN SAIYOK-LINTIN NETWORK UNDER KANCHANABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

The purposes of this research were to find 1) to study the supervisory role of school administrators in Saiyok-Lintin network under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 3 2) to study guidelines for developing supervisory role of school administrators in Saiyok-Lintin network under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 3. The population of research were 33 school administrators in Saiyok-Lintin network under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 3. The research instrument were a questionnaire concerning the supervisory role of school based on Olivia and Pawlas concept and an interview form concerning the supervisory role of school. The statistical used to analyze the data were frequency (f), percentage (%), arithmetic mean (μ), standard deviation (σ) and content analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows :
1. The supervisory role of school administrators in Saiyok-Lintin network under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 3, in overall and each role was rated at a high level
2. Guidelines for developing supervisory role of school administrators in Saiyok-Lintin network under Kanchanaburi primary educational service area office 3 found that 1) The development of coordinator role for administrators should consecutively coordinate and supervise with academic teachers in school network. That is systematic coordination 2) The development of advisor role for administrators should know and comprehend in 4 administrative faction and important ministry policy. 3) The development of leadership in administrators should perform in advising role to suggest essential guidelines and make a technical conference with teachers. 4) The development of inspector role in administrators should realize and study supervisory evaluation criterion.
