Abstract

              The objectives of this research were to identify; 1) the management of research affaire for educational quality development of Mahannaparama School and 2) the guidelines for research management for educational quality development of Mahannaparama School. The sample were 66 personnel of Mahannaparama School who were; an administrator, 4 deputy directors a school, 9 the head of subject teachers, 44 teachers and 8 basic education commissioners. The 2 research instruments were a questionnaire and a structured-interview. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

            The findings of this research were as follow:

            1) The management of research affaire for educational quality development of Mahannaparama School in overall was at a high level.

            2) There are 13 guidelines for educational quality development of Mahannaparama School
