STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMIMISTRATOR IN LAD YAI GROUP UNDER SAMUT SONGKHRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFF

Abstract

              The purpose of this research were to find 1) the strategic leadership of school administrator in Lad Yai Group under Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2) the strategic leadership development guidelines of school administrator in Lad Yai Group under Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office. The data collected from 10 school in Lad Yai Group under Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office.The research instruments used in the research opinionnaire concerning the strategic leadership and a structured-interview for development that the researcher development. The statistical methods used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

        The findings of this research were as follow:

1. 1. The strategic leadership of school administrator in Lad Yai Group under Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office, as a whole and as an individual, were found at a high level.
2. 2. The strategic leadership development guidelines of school administrator in Lad Yai Group under Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office, the aspect of processing data were 1) analysis of the environment of the schools using the concept is a tool to help stimulate the ideas. 2) there is a budget of a school because it is a plan to the costs. 3) flexibility to accept the changes and new information.                             4) integrity of equity and transparent. 5) have  knowledge and understanding of what needs to be evaluated.
