Research and development on the development of internal supervision model in educational institution Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham) aims 1) to study basic information and needs of teachers for establishing and developing model of internal supervision in educational institutions Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham), 2) to develop model of internal supervision in educational institutions Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham), 3) to try out model of internal supervision in educational institution Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham) and 4) to assess the internal supervision model in educational institution Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham). The population in this study were 2 administrators and 62 teachers. The research duration was the academic year 2018. The research instruments were 1) a questionnaire of needs for internal supervision of school administrators and teachers Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham) 2) an assessment form for consistency and suitability of the internal supervision model in educational institution Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham) 3) an assessment form for using model of supervision in educational institution Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham) and 4) an evaluation form using of internal supervision model in educational institution Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham). The data analysis was done by semantic analysis, determination of the consistency index, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the using of computer programs.
The results revealed that the internal supervision model in educational institutions Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham) consists of 1) in providing direct help to teacher 2) development in group work skills 3) enhancing professional experiences
4) curriculum development and 5) classroom action research by direct teacher assistance that consisted of the following steps: 1) planning with the teachers in providing assistance 2) engaging with teachers to help to planning 3) conclusion and plan to conference to providing assistance with the teacher 4) conference and analysis of the process of providing assistance 5) analyzing strength and weakness of collaboration results and development of group work skills that consisted of the following steps: 1) developing teachers to have the potentials to seek knowledge and experiences. 2) building discipline and sharing knowledge within the team 3) defining the problems and goals for finding the problem solving together 4) planning and implementation of the problem solving of the team and 5) creating incentives reinforcement and morale in the promotion of professional experience that consists of the following steps: 1) survey of the needs for teacher development in teaching activities 2) development of the ability to organize teaching and learning activities with emphasis on the learners are important 3) organization seminar activities about result of learning activities and 4) curriculum management 5) supervision, monitoring and evaluation of using the curriculum 6) summarizing the results of the school curriculum management and 7) improving and develop the curriculum management process and classroom action research that consists of the following steps: 1) defining problems or goals of the research 2) defining the research methods or finding answers to problem solving and work development method 3) gathering information accordance with specified methods 4) data analysis and 5) conclusion and write a report.
