THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL SUPERVISION ACTIVITIES THAT RESPOND TO NEEDS AND CHANGES TEACHING BEHAVIORS OF TEACHERS AT WAT P

The objectives of this research 1) to study basic information in the development of internal supervision activities that respond to needs and changes teaching behaviors of teachers at Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham), 2) to develop internal supervision activities that respond to the needs and change teaching behavior of teachers at Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham), 3) to try out internal supervision activities that respond to the needs and changes in teaching behavior of teachers at Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham) and 4) to assess internal supervision activities that respond to the needs and changes of teaching behavior of teachers at Wat Pom Kaew Multicipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham). The population in this study were 2 administrators and 62 teachers at Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham). Samples were administrators, supervisors and 24 teachers at Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham). The research duration was the academic year 2018. The instruments used for data collection were 1) group conversation recording form 2) observation form 3) the consistency assessment form of internal supervision activities that respond to the needs and changes teaching behavior of the teachers 4) manual internal supervision activities of education institution 5) questionnaire for the use of internal supervision activities in educational institution 6) interview satisfaction form of internal supervision in education institution teaching behavior of teachers. The data analysis was done by content analysis, arithmetic mean and standard deviation.
The results revealed that the results of the development of internal supervision activities that responded to the needs and changes in teaching behavior of teachers at Wat Pom Kaew Municipal School (Akaraphong Chanupatham) found that the problems and needs of administrators, teachers, supervisors and supervised teachers. By getting the activities Internal supervision operations were 4 steps were as follows: 1) determined the person who respond for internal supervision by specifying the internal supervision structure and the roles in internal supervision. 2) planned internal supervision by studying current situations, problems and needs of school personnel, analyzed causes of problems and solutions, determined activity, planned for school supervision, established the school supervision program. 3) supervised internal by preparation before the supervision of the internal supervision according to the specified date in calendar and built encouragement. 4) evaluation of internal supervision by evaluating the effectiveness of internal supervision and summarizing the results of operations for improvement. The results of the internal supervision activity showed that the activities could be practiced in the real situation of the school administrators and supervisors. Moreover, supervisors satisfied with the school supervision activities. Furthermore, the result of observation of the teaching behavior of the teachers by the supervisors found that the internal supervision activities caused the teachers to change the teaching behavior in the high level. The teaching behavior of all 7 teachers were at a high level as well. Moreover, the most changed side was teaching preparation, followed by interaction with students, reinforcement, evaluation, teaching activities, following up student development and student’s participation respectively.
