Abstract

                The purposes of an independent study were to study human relations  of  school adminstrators under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and to compare of human relations of school adminstrators under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 who were classified by general status and school size. The sample was 386 school administrators and teachers. The instrument for collecting the data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by a computer program with statistics of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test and F-test (One Way ANOVA)

  Results of the study were the following

             (1) Teachers and administrators’ opinions on human relations of school adminstrators under   the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area   Office 1 as a whole and each aspect were at the highest levels.

            (2) A comparison of opinions of teachers and administrators on human relations of, school adminstrators under the Chumphon Primary   Educational Service Area   Office 1, who were classified by general status, as a whole was none divergent. Considering each aspect, two aspects of personal trait and human comprehension were divergent with statistically significant at .05 levels which were considering in school sizes, teachers and administrators’ opinions on human relations of school administrators were not divergent in overall  and each aspect.
