Abstract

            The purposes of this research were 1) To study the management effectively of the moral school of Banpaknum (Padermjeannavasongkroh) school 2) To construct the strategies of management effectively of the moral school of Banpaknum (Padermjean navasongkroh) school 3) To experiment the strategies of management effectively of  the moral school  of  Banpaknum (Padermjeannavasongkroh) school 4) To evaluate the strategies of management effectively of the moral school of Banpaknum (Padermjeannavasongkroh) school.

            The research methods had 4 steps; step 1. The study the management effectively of  the moral school of Banpaknum(Padermjeannavasongkroh)school consist of 2 parts  1) The contents synthesis  from the document, idea, theory and research 2) The study by interview with 7 experts.Step 2.To construct the strategies  by 12  experts. Step 3.The experiment the strategies at Banpaknum (Padermjeannava songkroh) school and inquire the opinion of the strategies from 22  teachers. Step 4. The evaluation of the strategies consist of 2 parts 1)The evaluation of the operating of the strategies by using the results of the evaluation item lists and the criteria of the quality of the moral school of  Office of the Basic Education Commission, Education Ministry.Evaluated the standard  of the moral school in 4 sides7 indicators 24 elements and the satisfaction of the strategies by the stakeholders of 22 teachers,13  school committee, 12 the students chairman, total 47 people.

The findings of this research were as follows;

  1. 1. The study of contents synthesis from the document, idea, theory and interview with 7 experts was 5 core elements; 1) the school 2) the school administrator 3) the teachers 4) the students and 5) the parent of student with 14 small elements and 50 items and as the determination criterion in every core elements, every small elements and every items.
  2. 2. The construct of strategies was 5 core elements ; 1) the school 2) the school administrator 3) the teachers 4) the students 5) the parent of student with 14 small elements and 50 items. Conduct groups of the strategies into 3 groups by system analysis principle; Inputs 10 items process 32 items and outputs 8 items.
  3. The experiment of strategies at Banpaknum (Padermjeannavasongkroh) school and inquire the opinion of the strategies from 22 teachers in the highest level in 3 core elements and high level in 1 core elements.

4.The strategies of evaluation was 4.1) The evaluation of  the operating of the strategies by using the results of the evaluation item lists and the criteria of the quality of the moral school of Office of the Basic Education Commission, Education Ministry is announcement to be the moral school from Chumphon Educational Service Area  Office 1  4.2) The satisfaction of the strategies by the stakeholders of 22 teachers, 13  school committee,12 students chairman satisfy in the strategies in the highest level consistency in every elements.
