COMPARISON ON THE OPINIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHERS TOWARD TEAM MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOLS UNDER SAMUTSAKHON PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

            The objectives of this research were to study and to compare the opinions of the administrators and teachers toward team management in schools under Samutsakhon primary education service area office in the academic year of 2018.The samples were 86 administrators and 86 teachers. The instrument for collected data was five rating scales questionnaires. The analysis data was percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.

            The result of research were found that: 1)The team management in schools under SamutSakhon primary education service area office, the overall were at high levels,When considerate with each aspect by descended as: the openly communication , the participation , the trust, the collaborative goal , the interrelated and the respect.  2)The on Comparison the opinions of the administrators and teachers toward team management in schools under Samutsakhon primary education service area ,office There was no significant difference.
