The purposes of this research were to know 1) school administration based on the sufficiency economy of Pittayalongkornpittayakom school 2) development guidelines for school administration based on the sufficiency economy of Pittayalongkornpittayakom School. The population comprised a school administrator, 4 chiefs of section and 25 teachers. There were 30 respondents. The research instruments were questionnaire and structured interview concerning school administration based on the sufficiency economy according to supervision guidelines from Ministry of Education (MOE). The statistical used to analyze the data were frequency (f), percentage (%), arithmetic mean (μ), standard deviation (σ) and content analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows:
- School administration based on the sufficiency economy of Pittayalongkorn -pittayakom school, collectively and individually, was at a high level. Ranking from the highest to the lowest mean as follow: human resource development of school, curriculum development, school management and learner development activities.
- The development guidelines for school administration based on the sufficiency economy of Pittayalongkornpittayakom school about learning activities management were 1) enhancing understanding about learner development activities to teachers 2) enhancing learner development activities 3) developing guidance and children counseling in school and 4) determining guidelines for learner development activities.
