Abstract

                  The objectives of this research were to study 1) The human resource management of Matthayomthanbinkampangsaen School, and 2) Guidelines for human resource management guidelines of Matthayomthanbinkampangsaen School. This study was a descriptive research. The respondents were administrators, teachers and educational personnel of Matthayomthanbinkampangsaen School, 86 respondents in total. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning the human resource management according to the concept of Bernadine. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

               The research findings were as follows:

  1. The human resource management of Matthayomthanbinkampangsaen School was at a high level in overall and each aspect; ranking from the highest to the lowest as follows: organization design, employee training and organizational development, performance management and appraisal, staffing, reward systems, benefits and compliance respectively.

               2.There were Five guidelines of the human resource management of Matthayomthanbinkampangsaen School according to the concept of Bernadine were as follows: 1) Should working as a team, applying academic knowledge and technology to actual performance, 2) Should recruit and selection personnel with knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and appropriate qualifications for performance, 3) should following up and evaluating the job performance consistently, giving feedback for continuous improvement  4) should training, professional development and conflict resolution of the job performance of the personnel  5) should organizing recreational activities , having parties and  honoring personnel for outstanding performance, considered by fairness and clear criteria
