Abstract

               The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the administrator’s competency of school under Suphanburi Educational Service Area Office 2 2) the result of the comparison of the administrator’s competency of school under Suphanburi Educational Service Area Office 2 classifies by status. The Populations were 48 schools under Suphanburi Educational Service Area Office 2. There were 3 respondents from each school, consisted of a school administrator, an assistant administrator, and a teacher, totally 144 populations. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning the administrator’s competency of school. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation.

               The research findings were as follow:

  1. The administrator’s competency under Suphanburi Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and

individually was found at the highest level. They ordered from highest to lowest by arithmetic mean as Ethics of School Administrators, Personnel Administration, Quality Assurance, Educational Planning, Administration Relation and Community Relation, Principles of Management in Administration, Student Personnel Administration, School Business Administration, Information and Communication Administration and The Academic Administration.

  1. The result of the comparison of The administrator’s competency under Suphanburi Educational Service Area Office 2 classify by status was not different.
