INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISION IN SAKOLWITTAYA SCHOOL

Abstract

             The  objectives of this study were to study 1) instructional supervision in  Sakolwittaya  School 2) guidelines for development of  instructional  supervision in  Sakolwittaya  School.   The  populations  for this research were the 57 staffs of Sakolwittaya School,consisted  of 11  school  administrators  and 46  teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire  concerning with  the  instructional supervision based on  Mr.  Sangad  Autranun.  The  statistic used to analyze the data were  frequency,  percentage,  arithmetic  means, standard  deviation  and  content  analysis.

               The  findings  of  the  research  were  as  follow :

1. Instructional supervision in Sakolwittaya School is  totally at high  level in  order from  the  highest  to  the  lowest  as  follows  planning  the  supervision  system,  reinforcing  and  encouraging the  supervision  teachers ,evaluating  the  supervision  results,  informing  the  understanding  knowledge   before  supervision  and  the  supervision  operation
2. Guidelines for development of  instructional  supervision in  Sakolwittaya  School were  5  ways  as  follows  1) The planning of instructional supervision ; should work on the  supervision  project, doing  the  calendar  of supervision and instructional supervision  guidelines  2) The informing knowledge before the implementation of supervision ; should meets  together  to analyze the importance of satisfaction 3)  The  Implementation  of  supervision by organizing a seminar and brainstorming sessions to exchange the ideas and new information on job  development 4) The reinforcement on morals  of  workers ; should make the  personnel  organization  in educational institutions to analyze and seek new ways  of  operation ,and  5)  The evaluation of  the  supervision  results; should make  the  provision  of  the  educational  institution  personnel  to  participate in the evaluation,  providing  the  tools  for  tracking    and  evaluating  ,  providing  in  collecting  the  data  and finally  making   the  conclusion  in  each  step  as  the  following  plan /project.
