A SCENARIO FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF MAHACHULALONGKORNRAJAVIDYALAYA UNIVERSITY IN THE AI ERA

Abstract

The research article aimed at investigating the administration of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The world is moving toward the "AI era," a term used to describe the use of numerous databases entered through computer programs or robots as modern technology advances. This technology enables computers to learn, understand and perform intelligent tasks just like humans-or perhaps even better than humans-by completing repetitive tasks and processing enormous amounts of data automatically. The University may improve its administration with the use of AI technology for better efficiency, especially on analyzing in-depth data when making decisions, and listening to the requirements of students and prioritizing the learning conditions of students. In an era of rapid technological development, the administration along with smarter technology will help MCU grow and adapt. As a result, the University must constantly listen to the requirements of students and adapt in order to respond appropriately to developments brought about by AI technology. AI will also help the university to develop a stable and thriving future in the AI era. Careful consideration should be given to aspects such as personnel and technological preparedness, university rules and regulations, and the impact on stakeholders. MCU executives should concretely plan and set guidelines for the use of AI to achieve efficient benefits for the university and society.
