THE MANAGEMENT MODEL OF QUALITY SECONDARY SCHOOL UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE PHETCHABUN

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop an administrative model for quality secondary schools. Under the Phetchabun Secondary Educational Service Area Office, there are 3 steps: Step 1: a study of conditions and management guidelines for quality secondary schools; Under the Phetchabun Secondary Educational Service Area Office The sample group was the director, deputy director and teachers from secondary schools under the Office of Phetchabun Secondary Educational Service Area in the academic year 2022, a sample of 382 people was obtained using a questionnaire and study the management guidelines for quality secondary schools Under the Phetchabun Secondary Educational Service Area Office by interview 9 experts. Step 2 Development and verification of the model. by evaluating the accuracy and suitability of the form By 5 experts and step 3 Evaluation and trial of the model The sample group consisted of 32 directors, 48 deputy directors, a total of 80 people, using a feasibility and usefulness assessment form and a questionnaire. The research findings were as follows: 1) the administrative condition of quality secondary schools; Under the Phetchabun Secondary Educational Service Area Office The overall and individual aspects were practiced at a high level. Under the Phetchabun Secondary Educational Service Area Office There are 2 important components as follows: Component 1: Quality Secondary School Administration, consisting of 1) Academic Leadership 2) Determination Strategies 3) Learning Management 4) Media, Innovation and Educational Technology Development 5) Personnel Development 6) Collaborative Network and 7) Organizational Climate and the second component of the quality secondary school administration process consisted of 1) planning, 2) organization, 3) implementation, and 4) control, 3) feasibility assessment results and usefulness of the administrative model of quality secondary schools under the Phetchabun Secondary Educational Service Area Office have a possibility and usefulness at the highest level and the results of the experimental model of administration of quality secondary schools under the Phetchabun Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that administrators and teachers had formulated strategies for managing quality secondary schools at a high level And there is a quality secondary school management process in the implementation at a high level.
