THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR INTERNAL SCHOOL SUPERVISION OF WATNUANNORADIT SCHOOL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE BANGKOK 1

Abstract

The purpose of this survey research was to develop a management model for supervision in Wat Nuannoradit School in the Secondary Education Service Area Office 1. The four steps of the research process were 1) to create a management model for supervision in Wat Nuannoradit School by reviewing the research literature and interviewing 5 experts and 39 related persons. 2) to check appropriateness of the management model for supervision in Wat Nuannoradit School by 5 experts and 69 participants of the public hearing. 3) to implement the management model for supervision in Wat Nuannoradit School and to conclude the outcomes from 45 implementers and 170 questionnaire respondents. 4) to evaluate the result of the management model implementation for supervision in Wat Nuannoradit School by interviewing 514 samples. The data were analyzed by means and standard deviation. The result of this study indicated that the management model for supervision in Wat Nuannoradit is the most appropriate, consisting of 6 components, leadership enrichment, professional learning community, teacher training and development, technological system and communication, school supervision, and education standard and quality.
