THE PRIORITY NEEDS OF DEVELOPING TEACHERS ADVERSITY QUOTIENT IN SCHOOL UNDER KHANGKOI RUAMJAI CONSORTIUM, SARABURI PRIMARY EDUCTIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the current and desirable states and assess the priority needs of developing teachers adversity quotient in school under Khangkoi Ruamjai Consortium, Saraburi primary educational service area office 2. This is a Descriptive Research, and the research tool was a questionnaire. Data were collected from 104 samples including school directors, head of personal management, and teachers. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics of, frequency, percentage, means, and priority needs index modified (PNI_modified). The research results were as follows: 1) The overall current of state were at the high level and The overall desirable state were at the highest level, respectively. 2) The priority needs of developing teachers adversity quotient in school under Khangkoi Ruamjai Consortium, Saraburi primary educational service area office 2, ranked from highest to lowest, were Analytical ability determine the cause (PNI_modified = 0.294) followed by Control and Solve a problem (PNI_modified = 0.274) Responsibility for problems and Reach the impact (PNI_modified = 0.249) and Endurance and Perseverance (PNI_modified = 0.261), respectively.
