PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT MODEL WITH PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY (PLC) PROCESS TO IMPROVE LEARNER QUALITY AT SIRIRATTANATHORN SCHOOL

Abstract

The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the problems and needs related to participatory administration through the community of professional learning process; professional learning 3) To study the effect of using the model 4) To study the satisfaction with the model It is a mixed method research which is a quantitative research which is a study of problems and needs related to participatory management. A population questionnaire was used in the research of 139 people. The qualitative research was to create a model. A group of 13 key informants participated in the group discussion, using the group discussion questionnaires as a research tool. The data were then asked to explore the satisfaction of using the model. A group of six key informants used a structured interview form. The results showed that:  1) Problems and needs related to participatory management through the community process of professional learning. Overall, it was at a high level with an average of 4.16. 2) The model of participatory management with community process of professional learning to raise the quality of learners of Siriratanathorn School consists of 7 components: (1) shared vision (2) shared participation, Solidarity (3) Shared leadership (4) Participation in learning and professional development (5) Community participation in friendship (6) Participation in supporting structures (7) Participation in forwarding information. 3) The effect of applying the pattern, Raising the quality of learners at Siriratanathorn School, It was able to raise the quality of learners according to the 10 standard to excellent level and the average scores on basic national tests continued to rise. 4) Satisfaction with the use of the model of participation in cooperation at the highest level and participation in community support structures at the lowest level.
