MODEL OF ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT FOR PROMOTING STUDENT’ VIRTUES IN SCHOOLS UNDER OFFICE OF PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA

Abstract

The purposes of this thesis were to propose a model for the development of activities to promote moral of students for schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education. Mixed research There are 3 research steps, which are Step 1: study the organization of activities Questionnaires were used by 400 teachers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Step 2: Develop the model by interviewing 24 important data with the interview form. Data was analyzed by content analysis. And step 3: propose the form with a group of 17 experts with a group discussion question Data was analyzed by content analysis. The conclusion of the research shows that The model for the development of activities to promote moral of students. For schools under the Office of Primary Education Service Areas It consists of 6 components which are 1) Principles (1) Principles of teaching and learning activities development in 5 areas: curriculum education Defining learning objectives Teaching plans Organizing teaching and learning activities And evaluation and evaluation (2) 5 principles to promote morality of students: sufficiency, gratitude, honesty Responsibility And moral ideology. 2) Objectives (1) To enable educational institutions to develop activities (2) To enable administrators and personnel in educational institutions to participate in the development of activities. (3) To encourage administrators and personnel in educational institutions. Apply the principles in daily life, 3) methods of operation, 4) process of operation, 5) evaluation and 6) success conditions. In summary, it is a body of knowledge from the research, EASS Model.
