A Study of Administrator Roll as Academic Leader by Opinion of Academic Teacher in a Secondary School Under Secondary Education Office Service Area 5

Abstract

The purpose of this research ware 1) to study administrator roll as academic leader by opinion of academic teacher in secondary school under secondary education office service area 5 2) to compare administrator roll as academic leader by opinion of academic teacher in secondary school under secondary education office service area 5. The sample is head of academic affaires, head of study areas and head of student development in number of 640 people and use cluster sampling by Singburi and Angthong province in number of 260 people. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standars deviation and t-test.

The findings show that

1. The administrator roll as academic leader by opinion of academic teacher in secondary school under secondary education office service area 5 in overall are in hight level


2. 2. People who has an experience more than 10 years has opinion for the administrator roll as academic leader by opinion of academic teacher in secondary school under secondary education office service area 5 in highter level than less experience


3. 3. Head of academic affaires has opinion for administrator roll as academic leader more than head of learning area and head of student development


4. 4. The administrator roll as academic leader classifieds by education background are not different
