Quality Assurance According to Iddhipada 4 Principles of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools General Education Group 1 Bangkok

Abstract
The objectives of this research were; 1) To study quality assurance according to Iddhipada 4 principles of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education group 1, Bangkok, 2) To compare the opinions of school administrators, teachers and personnel on quality assurance according to Iddhipada 4 principles of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education group 1, Bangkok, and 3) To study problems and solutions on quality assurance according to Iddhipada 4 principles of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education group 1, Bangkok. The quantitative research and integrated research. The exploratory research was based on status, education and work experience. The sample consisted of 128 administrators, teachers and educational personnel. The instrument used was 5 rating scale. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.T-test score with 0.5 significantly and one way ANOVA were used to test research hypothesis.
The results of the study found that.
In Checking; the problem was on continuity, system and report of internal quality assurance. The solution was that the school administrators must frequently check the progress of the projects, information results and performance evaluation results.
In Action; the problem was continuity in improvement and duty performance. The solution was that the school administrators have to improve the under standard level performance within a specific period and a standard level of education.
- The level of opinions of school administrators, teachers and personnel on quality assurance according to Iddhipada principles of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education group 1, Bangkok was at the high level overall. The highest level was on Action (4.04), followed by Doing (3.97), Planning (3.94), and Checking (3.82) respectively.
- The comparison results indicated that 1) the opinions of school administrators, teachers and personnel based on their background and status towards quality assurance according to Iddhipada 4 principles of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education group 1, Bangkok were indifferent with a significant statistic level at 0.05, and 2) the school administrators, teachers and personnel having different work experiences had different levels of opinions towards quality assurance according to Iddhipada 4 principles of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education group 1, Bangkok with a significant statistic level at 0.05. The level of opinions of the samples with 4-6 year-work experiences was higher than of the samples with below 3 year-work experiences.

In Planning; there were changes and frequent rotations of man-powers and work system. The solution was to accept the change and new system.
In Doing; the problem was on teamwork and work continuity. The solution was to recruit full-time staff, regular monitor project operation, and set up responsible units for information, quality evaluation and assessment.
