Abstract

The research entitled “the Teaching Efficiency of Buddhist Monks in High
School, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province”. This is the quantitative research with
its objectives 1) to study the Buddhist monks’ teaching efficiency in this school 2) to
compare the teaching efficiency and 3) to study the suggestions concerning with this
title of the research. The data was collected by the questionnaires and the data
analysis by the window program SPSS in the descriptive statistics that was the
average, the percentage, the means and the standard deviation. The inferential
statistics was the f-test by analyzing with the one way; ANOVA.
Findings were as follows:
1. The students in the high school, Muaeng District, Phitsanulok were the
different sex that has effected to their opinions at the high level in the overview. In
each issue, there was at the high level in every point that was the learning
management, the learning activities, the learning psychology, the teaching techniques
and the educational evaluation.
2. The students had the different sex, age, and grade, their opinions in the
teaching efficiency of Buddhist monks were the significant difference at the level 0.05
in the High School of Buddhist Monks, Muangn District, Phitsanulok Province
3. Suggested teaching effectiveness of monks in secondary schools. The
content of the course should be tightened with credits. The benefits of the
application. It is integrated with the basic knowledge. There is an opportunity for
students to participate in teaching activities. And teachers should have teaching
techniques. Modern teaching materials to current events. Always follow the
measurement and evaluation. Can solve problems in teaching and learning. Include
incentives for students interested in the course content. To be useful to apply in
everyday life.
