Learning and Teaching Management of Social Studies : Religions and Cultures for Promoting Students' Morality in the Higher Secondary Schools Under U Donthani Municipality

Abstract
This thesis has the objectives to study the general nature, to compare and to
suggest how to instruct the moral development. The collected Sampling in this
research was the students at the high School in Udonthani's Municipality. There were
the 360 persons. Then the questionnaires were used that time and the data was
collected to analyze the quality of the instruction in four aspects which consisted of
the learning management, the used media and technology, the measure and
evaluation and the designed activities to develop the students.
Findings were found as:
It was at the high level in the Overview. It was considered in each aspect and
found that in the designed activities to develop the students, the used media and
technology, the learning management and the measure and evaluation, they all
were the high level as equal as in every aspect.
The results compared with the opinions of students have in the instruction
Social Study, Religion and Culture for High School Students' Moral Development in
Udonthani's Municipality. When their opinions were divided along with their sex, they
were not the significant different in the statistics at 0.05 except for the grade of the
students. Subsequently, the educational schools were found that there were the
different opinions, because in the 9th grade, their opinions were at the less level
than their opinions were studying in the 8th grade. However, the students' opinions
in the 8th grade were at the less level than in the 9th grade. The different schools
were found that the students' opinions in Udonpityanukul and Udonplchairakpitya
were at less level than the students opinions were studying in Strirajinuthit School.
The suggestions were found that the instruction would create the atmosphere
in the classroom, the motivation to develop the responsibility and the consciousness
and the instructing media would be modernly and multiply created by the teachers
to drive the students into the love of knowledge until they have the good attitude in
their mind, including the measure and evaluation that the teachers would have the
methods for building the evaluation tools and they are the suitable in the lesson
units and activities for developing the learners. Moreover, the practical activities
would be used during the studying so that they could analyze the natural truth and
they could apply the lessons to use in their daily life.
