Abstract

The good health is in need among people living in the big cities.  They keep exercise and consume organic food for a healthy body. It is the trend in health care in people in big cities.


In Buddhism, a good health refers to mental health rather than physical health. The principles of Bojjhangha or Enlightenment Factors can strengthen the mental health because it helps keep the mind strong, cheerful and positive resulting to the way in taking care of physical health as well. A good health means no illness and the no illness is worthy than any treasure as Buddha once said “Health is wealth”.
