Abstract

The problems of drug addict persons can be divided into 3 sections: physical problem, mental problem and social problem. All these problems can be relieved and solved by community network. The community network is the live-network responsible for problem prevention through the principles of the Threefold Training by training community member in living a life with morality, working with mentality and solving problem with wisdom. The problem solution by network can be taken in 3 methods: as a media, as a target and as a leader in problem solving. The mentioned process must be based on network of “Bovorn” in Thai, consisting of Home, Temple and School. State agencies and other networks (family, society and community) can prevent the spread of drugs and destroy the circles of traders, sellers, and consumers.
