Abstract
The development of country needs to develop the population in the country to be ready to carry on other development. Self-development and human development are necessary for the AEC welcoming in 2015. Thailand has to develop its education, transportation, communication, business and trading in parallel with human development for the 21th century in order to turn the country into a hub for the distribution of goods and services across the ASEAN and Asian regions.
