The Study on the Attitude of Monk and Novices in Sanga Higher Education Thailand

Abstract

This study is of the following objectives :- 1) The  Study  on  the  Attitude  of  Monk and Novices  in  Sanga Higher  Education Thailand  2) to study the suggestions for Learning and Teaching Administration in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Section, Group 11. From the research, it is found that :

1. the Attitude of Monks and Novices for Learning and Teaching Administration by the overall 6 images in the average and every side is in the average, their arrange from much to a little for example :-1) On the side of the teacher and the personnel, The teachers have the experience the instruction in subjective. There are instruction various techinques, there are instruction expert and pass knowledge to the students. 2) On the side of Learning and Teaching Administration, The teachers teach the modern corresponds the present situation. 3) On the side of the activities, There has the computer which, there is an officer offers the convenience, give an advice and help in data investigation. 4) On the side of the courses, The substance is consistent straight with the goal of the course for develop vocation side and technological progress. They teach arrange respectively from easy to difficulty. 5) On the side of place building,  The area around a building is shady, and there is computer room services. 6)  On the side of mass media and the information technology, It is the produces and uses mass media learning. They have knowledge and the skill in the development, maintain and repair the equipment. 


2. The suggestions for Learning and Teaching Administration :- 1) The teachers should encourage to support the student who has physical the development, the temper, the social and the intelligence. 2) The teachers should teach the modern corresponds present situation. 3) The teachers should emphasize to give the student ministers with oneself since, study analyse, plan, follow the plan, assess and adjust the work accompanies with their are the group.  4) On the side of the courses.  The teacher should modify the course before induces to teach for the suitability of each subject.  5) On the side of place building. The teachers supposed to computer room fully services and they have  place building has the readiness is usable.  6)  On the side of mass media and the information technology. The teacher should produce the instructional media that advantages, the economize, with allocate the development budget, the preservation and repair the equipment
