Modern Education Administration Strategy in the Buddhist Perspective

Abstract

Strategies in education administration were the guideline for the executives in
education administration and the administration must go together with the Buddhist
principles. In the Buddhist perspective, the administrators who would succeed in work
and manage the organizations to the target strategy must be accomplished with
Buddhist principles, such as the Five Precepts, Brahmavihara Dhamma, Samgahavatthu
Dhamma. The education administrators who could win heart and soul of people were
the real successful administrators.
Only theory of education administration strategy was not sufficient to mobilize
the institution administration. It needs the Buddhist principles as a tool to help the
executives in their administration with happiness, praise and respect from others. For
example, Iddhipada principles are applied in academic administration, Brahmaviha
Dhamma in personnel administration, Sucarita principles in budget administration, and
the Five Precepts in general administration general administration.
