Abstract

Buddhist educational administration is based on the principles of the Threefold Training. This system must be flexible, up-to-date and integrated in situations. According to public administration theory, administration is interdisciplinary combination. Buddhist administration is a modern and progressive system in the globalization. The four principles of Sangahavatthu consist of generosity, kindly speech, useful conduct, and even and equal treatment. These principles can be integrated in modern administration system appropriately.
