Abstract
Promoting ethics in schools is important because the youths are the early stage of development physically and mentally. Educational management is to focus on the quality of children to be good, qualified and happy, to encourage learners to develop with ethics by arranging the appropriate teaching and learning process in educational institutions to facilitate the leaners to develop according to the
principles of the Threefold Training in physical education, basic life activities, teaching and learning, atmosphere and interaction, and school management.
