A case study of the administrative innovation and technology for learning process of small size School’s director as the best practice: National OBEC AWARDS in academic year 2019

Abstract

The purpose of this case study was to present the administrative innovation and technology for learning process; the 2019 national OBEC AWARDS case study. This case study used for learning activities process of the Master degree level; the Master Degree of Educational Administration, graduate school, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. The target area of the case study was Bung Saat Wattana School, Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The key informant was the school director who received an award of the best practice of innovation promoting in learning management. That was Long-distance satellite (DLTV) primary school level (innovation and technology for teaching and learning). The results of this study revealed that; the leadership characters of the school director, concepts and processes of small size school management, the innovation and technology for teaching and learning which can enhance the quality of school education. All of them were outstanding school. The Department of Educational Administration Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University has organized a seminar on educational administration and invited the director to be a Keynote Speaker, exchanging knowledge sharing experience as well as propose guidelines for the best practice educational institutions management. So this case study can be learning lessons for application benefitting in the future.
