Abstract

The leadership can be viewed from various viewpoints.  There is one which referred to the action since it consists of 2 tasks:  1) the learner to be leader, and 2) the persons who provide the others’ development.  For the principals’ role and behavior, the important factor of school practice as Professional Learning Communities (PLC), the principals are the most important persons for school changes on the basis of their own leadership.  It aims at system and future of organizations which could cause the school to be Professional Learning Communities further.
