การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูประจำการด้านนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้อาเซียนศึกษา สำหรับโรงเรียนใน สปป ลาว

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์  1) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูประจำการด้านนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้อาเซียนศึกษา สำหรับโรงเรียนใน สปป ลาว  2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตร ใช้การวิจัยและพัฒนา มี 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การสร้างหลักสูตร ระยะที่ 2 ตรวจสอบหลักสูตร ระยะที่ 3 ทดลองใช้หลักสูตร และระยะที่ 4 ติดตามและประเมินผลหลักสูตร หลักสูตรที่ได้พัฒนาไปตามกรอบสมรรถนะวิชาชีพครู รวมมี 2 ส่วนคือ 5C, 8F และมี 39 ตัวชี้วัด มี 6 องค์ประกอบ มี 4 หน่วย ใช้ระยะเวลาการศึกษา ภาคทฤษฎี 13 ชั่วโมง ภาคฝึกปฏิบัติ 37 ชั่วโมง นำไปใช้จริงกับครูสังคมศึกษา จำนวน 25 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตร ภายใต้เกณฑ์แรก พบว่า มีจำนวนครูที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ทุกด้านรวม 15 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60 ซึ่งไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และเมื่อพิจารณาเกณฑ์ที่สอง คือ คะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมด้าน ความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะเท่ากับ ร้อยละ 77.22 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และผลการปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนครูมีสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้อาเซียนศึกษา จำนวน 25 นวัตกรรม

Courses Development Enhancing competency based program for in-service teachers in innovative learning management on ASEAN studies for schools in Lao PDR

The purposes of this research were;  1) to develop the enhancing competency based program for in-service teachers in innovative learning management on ASEAN studies for schools in Lao PDR, and  2) to study the effectiveness of enhancing competency based program. The Research and Development Design was used in this research and divided into 4 phases; 1) developing, 2) testing, 3) implementing, 4) following and evaluating. The program consisted of two parts of competency-based teachers 5C, 8F and 39 indicators. The course included 6 components and 4 units of 13 theoretical hours and 37 training hours. The research was conducted with 25 Social Studies teachers. The research findings were as follows: The effectiveness of the training program was the in-service teacher test score in terms of knowledge, skills, and attributes with 

score on all aspects is not less than 77.22 percentages over the set criteria and also the 15 teachers who did not passed the effective rate of less than 70 percentages. The effectiveness of action research in class room was found that the all of in-service teacher developed 25 competency based innovative learning management on ASEAN studies for school in Lao PDR.
