โรงเรียนวิถีอีสาน : การบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตนักเรียน

บทคัดย่อ

การบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตนักเรียนตามแนวทางวิถีอีสาน เป็นนวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ด้านการศึกษา ที่มุ่งศึกษาปรากฏการณ์การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตนักเรียน การพัฒนากิจกรรมในการจัดการเรียนรู้ และ ผลของคุณภาพชีวิตนักเรียนที่ผ่านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวทางวิถีอีสาน ของโรงเรียนกาฬสินธุ์ปัญญานุกูล จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 3 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 56 คน นักเรียน จำนวน 494 คน ผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 214 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 787 คน ดำเนิน การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. โรงเรียนเริ่มดำเนินการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตนักเรียนตามแนวทางวิถีอีสาน ตั้งแต่ปีการศึกษา 2555 โดยได้ ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา จัดสภาพแวดล้อมและแหล่งเรียนรู้อย่างหลากหลาย ใช้กระบวนการเรียน การสอนแบบอบรมบ่มเพาะและครูพาทำ ส่งผลให้โรงเรียน ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนได้รับรางวัลจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ จนเป็นที่ยอมรับจากผู้ปกครองและชุมชนเครือข่าย

2. โรงเรียนได้พัฒนากิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวทางวิถีอีสาน โดยได้จัดกิจกรรมบูรณาการแบบสห วิทยาการเข้ากับหลักภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทั้งในห้องเรียน นอกห้องเรียน และในหอพัก จัดการเรียนการสอนแบบเต็มเวลา เต็มวัน สอดคล้องกับความต้องการจำเป็นของนักเรียนแต่ละบุคคล

3. คุณภาพชีวิตนักเรียนที่ผ่านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวทางวิถีอีสานอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยภาพรวม และรายด้านส่งผลให้ภาพโดยรวมของการอยู่ร่วมกันระหว่างนักเรียน ครูและบุคลกรในโรงเรียน เกิดเป็นสังคมจิตงาม อันเป็นสังคมแห่งความรัก เอื้ออาทร มีเมตตา กรุณา และมีความปรารถนาดีต่อกัน

Esan Folk School : The Integration to Life Quality Development of the students based on ways of Esan

The integration of life quality development of the students based on ways of Esan is innovation for local development focusing on studying phenomena of life quality development of the students, the development of learning activities, and the results of life quality of the students through the learning process based on ways of Esan of Kalasinpanyanukoon School, Kalasin Province. The research target groups consisted of 10 institutional committee, 10 specialists, 3 school administrators, 56 school teachers, 494 students, and 214 students’ parents (214 persons in total). The research was conducted by using mixed methods.

The research results :

1. The school has begun developing life quality of the students based on ways of Esan since the academic year 2012 by revising and improving the institutional curriculum, operating various learning conditions and sources, running the learning process by (adopting incubator), training and following the teacher’s deeds. These led the school, the administrators, the teachers, and the students to win the prizes organized by various organizations, and made the students’ parents and community network accept and rely on the school.

2. The school ran learning activities based on ways of Esan by integrating interdisciplinary activities into local wisdom principles not only in and outside the classroom but at the dormitory as well. The school also provided the students full-time learning according to the needs of the individual student.

3. Life quality of the students through the learning process of ways of Esan was found at a high level, both as a whole and in any aspects, giving the picture, as a whole, of living together among the teachers, the students and the personnel the fair-minded society. It is the society of love, understanding, care, kindness and good wishes.
