FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUCCESS OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION S IN BANG BUA THONG NONTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research is aimed; (1) to study factor Influencing management success of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Bang bua thong District Nonthaburi Province. (2) to study the level of success of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Bang bua thong District Nonthaburi Province and (3) to create predictive equation for the success of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Bang bua thong District Nonthaburi Province. The sample group was 239 Operator selected through simple sampling. The statistical in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis by using the Computer program. The results showed that: 1) The Factor influencing management success of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Bang bua thong District Nonthaburi Province was at a high level for all aspects. It sorted from the highest mean were Technology, Skills of personnel, Budget, Organization culture, Durable goods, Service, System work and Communication. 2) The level of success of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Bang bua thong District Nonthaburi Province was at a high level for all aspects. It sorted from the highest mean were Budgeting effectiveness, Organization development results, Regarding the satisfaction of Customer, Regarding the performance of the main tasks of the department and Budgeting efficiency 3) For the forecast of best factor Multiple Regression Analysis. It was found that the Service, Durable articles and System was a factor that affects the level of success of the administrative organization at .01 level significance. The forecast equations for level of success in the administration of the sub-district administrative organization were 86.90 percent. The forecast equations were as follows: Equation of raw score Management success=0.493+0.360(Service)+0.300(Durable articles)+0.223(System) Equation of standard score: Z(Management success)=0.433(ZService)+0.323(ZDurable articles)+0.255(ZSystem
