New Ways to Work with Mobile Technology: A New Challenging Issue of Employee Recruitment and Selection in Thailand 4.0

Abstract

This article aimed to analyze the new direction and trend of new ways to work which is a challenging issue of employee recruitment and selection in the age of Thailand 4.0, to increase productivity for the organization by using mobile technology, and to recommend a guideline for employee recruitment and selection with mobile technology. This will be an important approach for executives, human resource management consultants, and human resource managers of any organizations to be aware of the use of mobile technology in the quest for and acquisition of the people who have knowledge, skills, competence, quality and most appropriate qualifications from a group of people who apply for a job in the position that the organization desires in order to strengthen the organizations in both the short and long term competitiveness, which is consistent with new ways of working methods in the age of Thailand 4.0.
