The Effects Of Organizational Structure And Culture On Productivity In The Dimension Of Invisible Management

Abstract

Invisible management is one style of management resulting from the dynamic and rapid change of external and internal factors and effect to productivity. The research is constructed on the theoretical framework synthesis, confirmatory SEM. The quantitative analysis of SEM uses a sample of 300 employees from organizations with invisible management in Thailand. The results show that the conceptual model is a good fit based on standard threshold indices, and the invisible structure management has a significant influence on the firm’s productivity with total effect 0.676. Additionally, tested the mediator’s role the analysis proves that task dis-ambiguity is the mediator of invisible culture and super tasking efficiency.
