Guidelines for The Development of Nostalgia Tourism Routes on The Green Line BTS Route (Morchit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot)

Abstract

This study purpose to search for tourist attractions to connect history and study about the history, culture and attractions of the tourist destination of the green line BTS route (Morchit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot) , to study the expectations of tourists along the green line BTS route (Morchit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot) and to find ways to the development of nostalgia tourism routes on the green line BTS route (Morchit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot). This research is an mixed methods contain with qualitative research and quantitative research, the result that A study of tourists' expectations on tourist attractions on the green line BTS route (Morchit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot), Visitors have expectations of tourism in terms of convenient travel, the availability of various facilities and there is a high level of expectations for tourist attractions on the green line BTS route (Morchit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot) by the highest average of travel safety expectations. For guidelines on development of nostalgia tourism routes on the green line BTS route (Morchit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot), result that deserves to be developed into a famous tourist destination especially public relations for the general public to know more about tourist attractions in this area, there should be a form of cultural value, a tourist destination with many interesting activities, reflects well on the past which must make visitors come to know about the history, story, various lifestyles in the past, able to see images of past life stories more clearly, there is a corner for presenting objects or pictures in the past for taking pictures as souvenirs, writing various stories on the wall to allow travelers to travel to gain more knowledge from traveling, and have a high level of opinions on tourism development and promotion of tourists on tourist destinations on the green line BTS route (Morchit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot) with an average of the operations taking into account the potential to accommodate the most tourists.
