แนวทางการบริหารองค์การด้วยหลักธรรม

บทคัดย่อ

ผู้บริหารองค์การ ถือเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อความสำเร็จ และความยั่งยืนขององค์การ  เพราะผู้บริหารมีหน้าที่ในการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานขององค์การผ่านการทำงานของบุคลากร  ซึ่งการที่จะสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายได้นั้น ผู้บริหารต้องเรียนรู้ที่จะใช้อำนาจให้ถูกต้อง เพื่อที่จะสร้างบุคลากรให้เป็นผู้ที่มีศักยภาพสูง และมีความผูกพันต่อองค์การ

บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารอย่างเหมาะสม  โดยการนำหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนามาประยุกต์ใช้ อันประกอบด้วย หลักธรรมแห่งความดีงาม (พรหมวิหาร 4)  หลักธรรมสำหรับคนดี (สัปปุริสธรรม 7)  หลักธรรมแห่งความสำเร็จ (อิทธิบาท 4)  และ หลักธรรมเพื่อการสงเคราะห์และประสานสังคม (สังคหวัตถุ 4)  เนื้อหาของบทความนี้ได้อธิบายถึงความหมายของทั้ง 4 หลักธรรม  แนวทางที่บริหารองค์การจะน้อมนำหลักธรรมทั้ง 4 หลักธรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อการบริหารองค์การ  บทสรุปของบทความนี้ ได้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงประโยชน์ที่ผู้บริหารองค์การจะได้รับจากการนำหลักธรรมดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารองค์การ

Ways to Administrate an Organization with the Principles of Dharma

Organizational executives play an important role for organizational success and sustainability because they have to drive the organizational performance through their staffs.  To achieve the organizational goals, the executives need to learn about how to use their power in the right way in order to create the staff’s high performance and organizational commitment.

The objective of this paper is to present the executives’ appropriate use of power by adopting the dharma principles which consist of the four principles of virtuous existence (Catu or Four Brabmavihāra), the seven qualities of a good man (Sata or Seven Sappurisadhamma), the four principles of success (Catu or Four Iddhipāda), and the four principles of service and social integration (Catu or Four Sangahavatthu).  The content of this paper explains the meaning of these four dharma principles. The conclusion points out the benefits that executives will receive from applying these dharma principles for their organizational administration.
