ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยางพาราในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือต่อการดำเนินงานของสำนักงานกองทุนสงเคราะห์การทำสวนยาง

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทั่วไปของสวนยางพารา และ ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรในเขต ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่มีต่อการด าเนินงานและบริการของส านักงานกองทุนสงเคราะห์การท าสวนยาง และ เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกสวนยางพาราที่มีต่อการด าเนินงานและบริการ ของส านักงานกองทุนสงเคราะห์การท าสวนยางที่จ าแนกตามลักษณะทั่วไปของสวนยางพาราและลักษณะทั่วไป ของเกษตรกรที่ต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยางพาราที่มีลักษณะของสวนยางพาราดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ลักษณะดินที่ต่างกัน สภาพแหล่งน้ าที่ต่างกัน ปัญหาดินที่ต่างกัน และเกษตรกรที่เป็นและไม่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มผู้ ปลูกยางในชุมชนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความไม่เพียงพอของวัสดุปลูก และวัสดุสงเคราะห์ที่ได้รับจากโครงการฯ ในสัดส่วนที่แตกต่างกัน 2) สภาพพื้นที่ที่ต่างกัน และลักษณะดินที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความไม่เพียงพอ ของจ านวนพนักงานจากโครงการฯ ในการให้ค าแนะน า ตลอดการถ่ายทอดความรู้ที่จ าเป็นให้กับเกษตรกรใน สัดส่วนที่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) ลักษณะดินที่ต่างกัน แหล่งน้ าใช้ที่ต่างกัน และการปราบวัชพืชที่ต่างกัน มีความ คิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความไม่เพียงพอของการตรวจสวนเกษตรกรตามงวดงาน (ปีละ 2 ครั้ง) ของเจ้าหน้าที่พนักงานใน สัดส่วนที่แตกต่างกัน

Opinions of Rubber Planters in Northeastern Part of Thailand on the Administration of Rubber Planting Aid Fund

This research aimed to 1) study the general characteristic factors of rubber plants, 2) study the opinions of rubber planters in the northeastern part on the administration of the Office of Rubber Plantation Aid Fund, 3) compare the difference of opinions among the rubber planters on the administration of the Rubber Replanting Aid Fund categorized by the general characteristics of rubber plants and general characteristics of different planters. The research results revealed are as follows: According to the hypothesis test results at the statistical significance at .05 level, the rubber planters had the characteristic factors of 1) different soil aspects, different water resources, different soil problems, and the planters who were and were not the members of local rubber planting community had the opinions on the insufficiency of planting and supporting materials received from the project in different proportions, 2) different areas conditions and different soil characteristics, the rubber planters had the opinions on the insufficiency of numbers of project employees in terms of suggesting and conveying necessary knowledge through the planters in the different proportion, and 3) different soil characteristics, different water resources and different herbicides, the planters had the opinions on the insufficiency of investigating planters according to the term of work (2 times per year) of the employees in the different proportion.
