บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้เป็นการนำเสนอเกี่ยวกับบทบาทผู้บริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศระดับสูงเพื่อการศึกษาแบบ เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งผู้บริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศระดับสูงซึ่งเป็นผู้มีหน้าที่ในการกำหนดนโยบาย การบริหารจัดการ การกำกับติดตาม และการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ของสถาบันการศึกษาภายใต้กรอบนโยบายเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศระดับสูงใน การจัดการศึกษา จึงต้องทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ 1) บทบาทหน้าที่ของซีไอโอ (CIO) กับไอซีที(IT) ตามกรอบนโยบาย ICT 2020 2) การศึกษาแบบเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ตามแนวทางการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ และ 3) ซี ไอโอ (CIO) เพื่อการศึกษาแบบเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ประกอบด้วยความรับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ กรอบแนวคิดในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ของไทยและยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาไอซีที(ICT) ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ

CIO: Chief Information Officer for Creative Economic Education

This article presents the roles of Chief Information Officer (CIO) on managing creative economic-based concept education. The CIO’s roles concern with policy making, managing, controlling, and assessing information technology and communication performances of an education institute under the creative economic-based concept policy. The CIO in educations should understand about; 1) the CIO’s roles on ICT management as stated in ICT2020 Framework, 2) the creative economic-based concept education, and 3) the CIO’s roles on the creative economic-based concept policy: the responsibility for the development of information systems, framework for the development of Thailand's economy, and strategic development of ICT of the Ministry of Education.
