Printed Media and the Presentation of the History of Bangsaen Educational College to Srinakharinwirot University

Abstract
This study aimed to study history of Bangsaen Educational College, and upgrade to Srinakharinwirot University, Bangsaen Campus. This study employed qualitative research methodology with documentary study from printed media presenting information about this institute’s history. History described 4 stages. First, Origin of Bangsaen Educational College. described into 2 phases: 1) Expansion of a college degree into regional 2) Establishment of Bangsaen Educational College. The Second stage is the College’s upgrade to Srinakharinwirot University, described into 2 events: 1) Rapid growth of the College, 2) Request to establish a university. The third stage is beginning of an autonomous concept, described into 2 issues: 1) Needs for highest benefits, 2) Readiness of the College to become a university. The fourth stage is phenomena after being upgraded to Srinakharinwirot University, Bangsaen Campus. described into 2 events: 1) Role of educational institute of the East, and 2) Expansion of internal offices.
