ระบบบัญชีของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก: การวิเคราะห์รายกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการการพัฒนาระบบบัญชีของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบบัญชีของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม เพื่อประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาระบบบัญชีให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการใน 3 กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม (ธุรกิจการผลิต ธุรกิจการค้าและธุรกิจบริการ) การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาระบบบัญชีของผู้ประกอบการทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม คือ ปัญหาด้านความพร้อมของปัจจัยนำเข้า ปัญหาด้านความพร้อมของกระบวนการจัดทำบัญชี และปัญหาด้านคุณภาพของข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในขณะที่ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพระบุว่าทั้ง 3 กลุ่มธุรกิจมีปัญหาขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านการบัญชีและขาดการควบคุมภายในที่ดี แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบบัญชีสำหรับธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ได้แก่ การจัดหาโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชีที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การฝึกอบรมพนักงาน และการจัดให้มีการควบคุมภายในที่ดีในองค์กร
