แนวทางการสร้างผู้ประกอบการสำหรับกลุ่มผู้พิการ ในโครงการนำร่อง กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างแนวทางการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของกลุ่มผู้พิการ ในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) สัมภาษณ์ตัวแทนผู้พิการในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา แบบสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) จำนวน 28 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบลูกโซ่ (Snowball Sampling) โดยใช้แบบทดสอบความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (Test) เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล แปลค่าผลคะแนนตามวิธี PECs ตรวจสอบความแม่นตรงของข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสามเส้าของแหล่งข้อมูล (Data Triangulation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้พิการมีสมรรถนะที่จะสามารถเป็นผู้ประกอบการได้ แบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ สมรรถนะแห่งความสำเร็จ สมรรถนะการวางแผน สมรรถนะแห่งอำนาจ โดยได้เสนอ 2 แนวทางในการสร้างความเป็นผู้ประกอบการให้กับกลุ่มผู้พิการ ได้แก่ แนวทางในการสร้างศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการ และแนวทางในการจัดตั้งธุรกิจ
