บทคัดย่อ
บทควำมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมโดยรวบรวมปัจจัยกำรสร้ำงนวัตกรรมด้ำนเทคโนโลยีสำรสนเทศสำหรับธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวเพื่อสร้ำงควำมได้เปรียบในกำรแข่งขัน ประกอบด้วย เทคโนโลยีสำรสนเทศ ควำมคิดสร้ำงสรรค์ ควำมร่วมมือของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ทรัพยำกรกำรท่องเที่ยว ประสบกำรณ์ของลูกค้ำ กำรจัดกำรควำมรู้ นวัตกรรมกำรท่องเที่ยวต้องมีกำรสร้ำงคุณค่ำ และสร้ำงประสบกำรณ์ให้กับนักท่องเที่ยว เมื่อนักท่องเที่ยวได้รับคุณค่ำจำกนวัตกรรม และประสบกำรณ์ที่ดี ตอบสนองต่อควำมต้องกำรของนักท่องเที่ยวสร้ำงควำมพึงพอใจให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวส่งผลให้นักท่องเที่ยวกลับมำใช้บริกำรซ้ำในอนำคต ปัจจัยดังกล่ำวได้จำกงำนวิจัยทั้งในและต่ำงประเทศ และเอกสำรทำงวิชำกำร
บทควำมนี้ช่วยให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในกำรพัฒนำนวัตกรรมทำงกำรท่องเที่ยวด้ำนเทคโนโลยีสำรสนเทศสำหรับธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว มีควำมเข้ำใจและนำทฤษฎีไปประยุกต์ในกำรสร้ำงนวัตกรรมสำหรับธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว
