นวัตกรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ดำเนินการวิจัยเอกสารที่มุ่งนำเสนอความรู้เกี่ยวกับความหมาย ความสำคัญของนวัตกรรม และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ต่อการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน รวมทั้งปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ที่นำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในบทบาทของชุมชน ใช้กระบวนวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลจากเอกสารหรือการวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นวัตกรรมและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน เป็นหลักการทำงานการคิดคู่ขนานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาโดยใช้เหตุและผลควบคู่ไปกับการคิดเชิงบวกในการสนับสนุนให้กับการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน โดยมีปัจจัยที่เอื้อจากภายในชุมชน ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วม การอนุรักษ์ และการจัดการ ขณะที่ปัจจัยเอื้อภายนอกชุมชน ได้แก่ เครือข่าย และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ปัจจัยดังกล่าวนี้ผลักดันให้การจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนประสบความสำเร็จ
