Guidelines for Driving the CCC Platform to Promote Sustainable Physical Activity as a Way of Life for Thai People
Keywords:

This academic article presents an approach to drive the Calories Credit Challenge (CCC) platform, promoting exercise as a sustainable way of life for Thai people by applying the Transtheoretical Model of Health Behavior Change and the BCG Economic Model concept for sustainable development. The CCC platform is developed as a digital ecosystem consisting of three main components: Calories, which serves as a center for storing exercise data; Credit, which is a system for converting exercise values into credits to create motivation; and Challenge, which provides opportunities for all sectors to participate in creating exercise activities. The database system is designed to support analysis at national, organizational, and user levels. The approach integrates five health dimensions with the BCG Economic Model concept through three interconnected levels of development: intellectual health, behavioral health, and environmental health. These initiatives aim to achieve results at individual, community/society/agency, and policy levels to promote good health and regular exercise among the public, while raising environmental awareness and supporting sustainable development, in alignment with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals of creating balance between economic, social, and environmental development.
