Procurement Practice Guidelines about Administrative Expenses of University: A Case Study of Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University

Abstract
In this academic article, the author presents the process of procuring supplies related to administrative expenses, especially if the budget limit is not more than 10,000 baht of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. Mahidol University by showing the following procedures, Step 1: Requesting Principal Approval for Procurement of Supplies, Step 2: Procurement Processing on Administrative Expenses, Step 3: Preparation of the Procurement Report, and Step 4: Disbursement Processing.
In addition, the operation of procurement of materials of the type "Administrative expenses" in the past found that both problems can be controlled, and cannot be controlled the authors can divide the problem into three categories: (1) procurement planning problems, (2) procurement operations problems, and (3) disbursement process problems.
Finally, the author presents practical guidelines for the implementation of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University.
