Abstract

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) Level of administrators’ super leadership of school under the secondary educational service area office 1, 2) The level of effectiveness of schools under the secondary educational service area office 1, and 3) Super leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of schools under the secondary educational service area office 1.

The results revealed that 1) There were seven elements of administrators’ super leadership of school. The overall average was at high level as follow: model self-leadership and facilitate self- leadership culture. 2) The effectiveness of schools under the secondary educational service area office 1. The overall average score was at high level as follows: ability to achieve high academic performance and ability to develop a positive attitude. 3) There was a positive relationship with statistical significance at the level of 0.01 found between administrators’ super leadership of school (X) and the effectiveness of schools under the secondary educational service area office 1 (Y). Two elements of the administrators’ super leadership of school which are facilitate self- leadership through reward and constructive feedback and become a self-leader with the multiple correlation coefficient equal to 0.724. The prediction power was 52.40 percent with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. There was a standard deviation of 0.01 which is written in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follows:  Unstandardized Score  Forecasting equations in standard scores
